Proposal: Hinduism
As we all know that there is already a SE site for Philosophy,should we ask questions related to Hindu philosophy in the proposed site or should it be asked in the already existing philosophy SE beta site ?

If by "here" you mean the proposed site which hasn't opened yet, then yes, once the site goes into beta, you will be able to ask those questions there. However, this site is for meta-discussion about proposed sites themselves, and such questions are definitely off-topic here. There seems to be a few people in the past few hours who have misunderstood this and started asking questions here. Those questions will likely be closed soon. You will have to wait until enough people commit, and for the proposed site to be launched. Since the site just went into the commitment phase, that may take weeks or even several months.
