First, you posted a proposal on the discussion zone. That's not the right place for it: proposals go on the main site — click on “Propose a new category site” near the bottom. Second, “rights” isn't a topic that stands on its own, they go together with obligations and other aspects of social life. They would be split between Laws & Legal Questions (for rights as they are now) and Politics (for questions about how rights might change). | |||
