Proposal: Interviewing & Recruiting

Interviewing and Recruitment as well as many HR related questions are on-topic with The Workplace. Should there be a new site for this?

I would definately say that we are expecting interviewing and recruiting questions at the workplace. Questions about them being closed on programming is part of the genesis of the proposal. – Chad Mar 15 at 20:48

Since interviewing and recruitment are about choosing workforce, it is definitely could be merged here. The question is: does a scenario exist in the world of the companies (or even nonprofit businesses, and so on) where the human resource is not a workforce?

According to this Wikipedia-article (which is just Wikipedia, of course, not an infallible oracle), not at all. According to my common sense (which is also error prone), not, too. So I think merging would be an absolutely sane step. The mentioned subjects are absolutely integral parts of work, hence each others'.
