I believe this should be titled Management and Leadership. The current name Managers and Leaders makes me think this is a discussion about great managers and leaders that have made their mark on society. By changing the title to Management and Leadership it shifts the focus to the activity of management and leadership.

Proposal: Managers and Leaders

UPDATED: Tried to removed the 'Status-Completed' tag because it is only HALF completed. However, when I attempted to save my changes it forced me to put back the moderator's status flag.

I concur. It is the principals of management, not the title. I meet management problematics as well, but as a Games Developer, no manager title included. – Nils Munch Jan 13 at 13:06

@Cape Cod Gunny Agreed, but I can't edit the title right now. Might not be able to during the Commitment stage. To be sure, I posted the question in Meta.

It appears that Robert Cartaino is a moderator and changed the title. However, he only changed one word in the title. He still marked the status as complete. – Cape Cod Gunny Feb 5 at 13:51
