Hm. I suppose it could be but it also makes sense to have a Q&A devoted to just CRM.

No.

The proposal is comparable with the SharePoint site. It combines multiple topics like administration, development, customization and daily usage.

superuser could only cover a part of this topic, although according to my request for Dynamics CRM specific tags it might not really be the appropriate place.
