Are questions about Area 51 still on-topic on MSO?

Now that there is a meta site about Area 51, are question about Area 51 still on-topic on Meta Stack Overflow?

We are trying to contain the Area 51 discussions inside Area 51. That's why we added the area51-meta tag.

There may be rare issues that involve the entire network, but for the most part, Area 51 discussions should be posted here.

	@xiaohouzi79: This could go on either meta-SO or here. Dealing with user accounts is a network core-code issue so it is just as appropriate for meta SO. I don't always expect everyone to understand these subtleties, so I would direct the problem the appropriate people if it appeared here (which I have already done). – Robert Cartaino♦ May 2 '11 at 13:47
	@xiaohouzi79 To notice that the report you are referring is about an issue only present on Area 51. In fact, all my account on the other SE sites are updated; the only site where I see the issue is on Area 51, both the main site and the discussion site. – kiamlaluno May 3 '11 at 1:54
